School of Arts and Sciences Grad Expo Invites
Abstracts are now being accepted for the 10th annual School of Arts
and Sciences Grad Expo, a celebration and showcase of the rich and
varied graduate student research happening within the school. During
the daylong event, scheduled to take place on Monday, March 22, 2010,
in the William Pitt Student Union, students will present papers and
posters to be judged by a panel of their peers. The first-place winners in
each category will receive either a travel stipend to attend a conference
of their choice or a gift certificate to the campus book store.
Submission guidelines and judging criteria are available at the Graduate
Student Organization (GSO) Web site, www.pitt.edu/~gradexpo.
Abstracts must be submitted by Friday, February 5, 2010, to be eligible
