Creating an Inclusive Environment for Individuals with Hidden Disabilities

“Not Every Disability is Visible: Creating an Inclusive Environment for Individuals with Hidden Disabilities”

Part of the Dietrich School’s Open Door Project “Community Conversations” Series co-sponsored by the University’s Division of Student Affairs

Wednesday, November 29 from 1 – 2:30 p.m., University Club, Conference Room A

Some disabilities are obvious, while others are not.  This workshop, presented by Leigh Culley, director of the University’s Office of Disability Resources and Services, will help attendees develop an understanding of various hidden disabilities; gain tips for successful interactions and communications; and learn how to connect members of the University community to the appropriate resources.
