Since 2022, the Dietrich School and CGS have been recognizing graduating seniors for important achievements within and beyond the classroom in the areas of scholarship, research, service, and leadership.
The Student Awards were held on Thursday, March 27, and we're delighted to congratulate all of the winners.
Dietrich School Dean’s Scholar Award:
The Dietrich School Dean’s Scholar Awards serve to recognize seniors who exemplify high scholarship, character, and devotion to the ideals of the University of Pittsburgh. The five recipients are:

CGS Student of the Year:
The College of General Studies Student of the Year Awards serves to recognize one senior who exemplifies high scholarship, character, and devotion to the ideals of the University of Pittsburgh.

Perseverance Award:
The Perseverance Award serves to recognize seniors who have overcome barriers and shown strength of character and resiliency in their academic and personal pursuits. The Dietrich School recognize seven recipients of the perseverance award from both the Dietrich School and College of General Studies:
