Pitt Showed Up and Showed Out at the 2024 American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting

As the 2024 Fall Term comes to an end at the Dietrich School, we invite you to take a work or study break and enjoy some holiday music selections courtesy of the Department of Music Faculty.
Pitt’s Treble Choral Ensemble along with the Men’s Glee Club are gearing up for their holiday concert series. Several of the Dietrich School’s Student Ambassadors are involved in the TCE and shared their experience in preparing for the winter concert series:
Can you walk us through the process of preparing for the concert?
Summer might feel far away, but it's never too soon to plan some fun and educational trips. The Office of Global Experiences offers a two-week Lakota Perspectives Program, from the end of June into July. The trip will take place on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, in partnership with Amizade, an organization that works worldwide to create “fair trade” global education experiences, mainly for students and schools.
Transgender Awareness Week is a time to foster understanding, promote inclusivity, and celebrate the lives and contributions of transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. This week-long event is meant to engage our community in meaningful dialogue, raise awareness about the challenges faced by the transgender community, and highlight the importance of creating a supportive and affirming campus environment. Please join the Dietrich School’s Department of Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies for events happening all week long:
The Jewish Studies Program and the Panim Collective are proud to present a series of events with Dr. Shayna Weiss:
