By filling out this form, you will be placed in the queue of the Dietrich School Dean’s Office Events Team and will be contacted by the appropriate Events Team Member to manage the logistical aspects of your event and setup a planning meeting.
Please fill out this form if you would like to request event assistance for any or all of the following:
- Event Space Reservations
- Catering Requests
- Audio/Visual Services
- Travel & Lodging
- General Event Guidance
- Budget Recommendations
- Marketing, Promotion, and Poster Creation
Please note: Most events will require at least six to eight weeks’ notice for proper planning and advertising. Event planning assistance requested below this timeframe may be subject to approval based on available resources. Please make sure your event adheres to the established event blackout dates. Events that fall within these dates will not be approved and cannot receive assistance from A&S Dean’s Office staff. View blackout dates .
