Take the Next Step
The Dietrich School is committed to providing professional development opportunities to all of our faculty members at all levels of their careers. To that end, the Dean’s Office is working closely with the Dietrich School’s Faculty Diversity Committee to ensure that all vacancies in leadership and administrative positions are announced to all eligible members of the school’s faculty. The goals are to both ensure transparency of governance and to promote professional development opportunities as widely as possible so that all faculty members who are interested may pursue these positions. We particularly encourage underrepresented minority and female faculty to consider applying.
In addition to publicly announcing new or vacant administrative and leadership openings, we will also contact faculty about relevant career development activities including workshops, seminars, and lectures designed to assist faculty in pursuing new roles and responsibilities.
